 “I” in Conflict - Skills for Effective Collaborative Teams\n\nOnline s
 eminar to help Collaborative Practice professionals deepen conflict manage
 ment skills\, strengthen communication\, and improve teamwork across all d
 isciplines.\n\nLed by internationally recognized collaborative lawyer\, me
 diator\, and educator Jacinta Gallant\, the program invites participants t
 o explore how personal values\, professional roles\, and team dynamics all
  shape the way collaborative cases unfold. Through interactive presentatio
 ns\, small-group discussions\, role-play exercises\, and independent learn
 ing\, attendees will examine the real-world challenges of interdisciplinar
 y teamwork — including defensiveness\, misinterpretation\, and the often
 -unspoken dynamics that impact progress — while discovering practical to
 ols to support more meaningful dialogue with both colleagues and clients.\
 n\nOver five weekly sessions beginning mid-January\, participants will lea
 rn to better notice and respond to conflict behaviors\, leverage curiosity
  to calm tension\, and build agreements tailored to each family's unique n
