DESCRIPTION:\nThis undergraduate mediation tournament will feature three pr
 eliminary rounds\, a semi-final round and a championship round. Before the
  tournament\, there will be  training in mediation and advocacy.\n\nThe I
 NADR (InterNational Academy of Dispute Resolution) hosts annual Internatio
 nal Intercollegiate Mediation Tournaments (IIMT) for law\, graduate\, and 
 undergraduate students to practice mediation\, advocacy\, and client couns
 eling. The tournament features rounds where students act in realistic disp
 ute scenarios as mediators (often with co-mediators from different schools
 )\, as advocates\, and as clients. Participants are judged on skill\, coop
 eration\, and achieving resolutions\, with awards for individual and team
