DESCRIPTION:Mediation &amp\; Interest-Based Negotiation Skills Training is 
 a highly interactive workshop that is designed to teach participants how t
 o conduct mediations and serve on Collaborative teams. The model:\n1) Tell
  – trainers describe mediation and conflict resolution concepts and skil
 ls\;\n2) Show – trainers demonstrate the concepts and skills through “
 fishbowl” demonstrations\; and\n3) Practice – participants engage in e
 xercises and role plays to try on the concepts and skills in a safe enviro
 nment and develop muscle memory so that they can take the learning back to
  their practice.\nThe training leads participants through a rich and multi
 -faceted exploration of their own experience with conflict and conflict-ma
