Training is for mediators, lawyers, coaches and other professionals working with relational conflict. Learn about the tools and mindset authentically to respond in conflict moments for more meaningful and satisfying work.
The goal of this program is to help you start asking more, and telling less, with targeted curiosity that enhances clients’ abilities to participate more effectively in designing their futures.
You will be supported by a committed group of fellow learners who want to engage more effectively, and naturally, in conflict situations – and fix their “fixer” mentality.
