Join a discussion of creative strategies for encouraging settlement and reducing the litigation docket for an already overburdened court system. The discussion will include private mediation, private judging/arbitration, and settlement initiatives such as Settlement Week and Settlement Day, from the perspectives of the court and a chapter leader who created a variation unique to their jurisdiction.
