This webinar will be a facilitated discussion exploring the intersection of mediation and Collaborative Practice. We will discuss how mediation and the collaborative process align, where they differ, and the potential value of weaving mediation into Collaborative cases.
We’ll look at the benefits clients might gain, the challenges and concerns practitioners may face, and how clearly defining the roles of attorneys, MHPs/coaches, financial neutrals, and mediators can strengthen the process. FACP members may share experiences, ask questions, and deepen everyone’s understanding of how mediation can complement collaborative work.
