Family law professionals often work on cases with allegations of child sexual abuse. While they do not conduct investigative interviews with children, they do seek information from suspected and known victims in their roles as guardians ad litem, minor’s counsel, judicial officer, parenting plan evaluator, and parenting coordinator.
